A: Shipping and returns are always fast and free. We ship orders the same day or the next business day, and they typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Every box comes with a pre-paid return label, so sending items back is easy.
A: We handle it all. Every piece is professionally cleaned before it arrives, so it's ready to wear. Please do not wash items at home—we'll take care of the cleaning. We also never charge for normal wear and tear.
You can keep your full BNTO box for as long as you like. There are no late fees -- your subscription simply renews monthly. If you order a new box, just return your current box within 3 business days of placing your new order.
